Set up FinderBuddy
Let's get you set up.
Install FinderBuddy, enter your license key, and run your first tool. Here's how to get started.

Install on your Mac
Download the installer, open the .dmg, and drag FinderBuddy into your Applications folder. Requires macOS · Apple Silicon.

Enter your license key
Open FinderBuddy from Applications. Copy your full license key from your Dodo Payments purchase email, paste it into the app's License key field, and choose Activate. You'll need an internet connection to activate.
Your lifetime license activates FinderBuddy on up to 3 Macs. Get your license if you haven't purchased yet.

Turn on Finder integration
FinderBuddy adds its tools to Finder's right-click menu. If macOS asks, allow the FinderBuddy extension, or turn it on any time in System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions.

Try your first tool
Right-click any file or folder in Finder, choose FinderBuddy, and pick a tool, like Compress Image. The result is saved next to the original, and your original file is never changed. You can also drop files onto the FinderBuddy window.

For activation help, email support@finderbuddy.net with your purchase email and the message shown in the app.
Moving to another Mac? Deactivate the current Mac in Settings → License first, then activate on the new one.
